- Represent the ERES brand image by maintaining exemplary standards and supporting the sales team.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador on the boutique floor, coaching sales teams in best practices.
- Ensure window and in-boutique displays reflect the essence of the collection.
- Maintain the boutique environment, ensuring cleanliness and professional presentation.
- Participate in collection buying sessions and motivate the team to align with ERES vision and mission.
- Conduct regular communications with the team to inspire and reinforce brand values.
- Develop team members through individual development plans and operational excellence supervision.
- Design and manage the boutique roster to optimize staff strength according to traffic demands.
- Guarantee commercial and financial objectives are met, ensuring adherence to operational procedures.
- Support the implementation of commercial operations and apply group commercial policies in-store.
- Significant experience in a similar role within the fashion retail industry
- Excellent communication and strong leadership skills
- Empathy, caring, coaching, and motivating abilities
- Strong customer service mindset
- Curiosity and flexibility to adapt to a changing retail environment
- Structured and organized with initiative
- French-speaking is a plus
