Chanel Boutique Facilitator

- Provide exceptional, personalised client service in the Saks Fifth Avenue boutique-in-boutique environment, ensuring the highest standards of hospitality and discretion.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients visiting the Chanel space—welcoming guests, managing appointments, and facilitating in-store experiences.
- Support the sales team by preparing merchandise, coordinating product presentations and executing visual merchandising standards within the boutique footprint.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow up on leads using the brand CRM; coordinate client communications and appointment reminders.
- Operate point-of-sale and transaction processes with attention to compliance, cash handling and Chanel procedures.
- Collaborate with Saks store management and Chanel regional teams to ensure seamless boutique operations, inventory flow and promotional activity.
- Assist with client events, private viewings and trunk shows, including setup, guest management and post-event follow-up.
- Previous experience in luxury retail, high-end department store concessions, or boutique environments preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver discreet, high-touch client service to an affluent clientele.
- Familiarity with clienteling practices and CRM-driven client management.
- Strong communication skills, professional presence and refined hospitality sensibility.
- Flexible availability to cover peak retail hours, evenings and weekend shifts as required.

Typically 2–4 years of experience in luxury retail or a premium department store environment, with direct exposure to boutique or concession operations and client-facing responsibilities. Experience working within a branded concession inside a major department store (e.g., Saks) is an advantage.
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education in retail, hospitality or a related field preferred.
