Chanel Assistant Digital Project Manager (Alternance) — Fashion

- Support the Digital Project Manager in planning, coordinating and delivering digital projects for the fashion division (campaigns, product launches, e‑commerce features, content production).
- Maintain project timelines, action logs and status reports; escalate risks and help ensure on‑time delivery against milestones.
- Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders including design, merchandising, marketing, e‑commerce and IT, and liaise with external agencies and vendors.
- Prepare creative and technical briefs, participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and perform quality assurance to ensure brand and UX standards are met.
- Contribute to project documentation, post‑launch reviews and KPI monitoring; prepare presentations and materials for project meetings.
- Currently enrolled in a higher education programme (Bachelor/Master) in digital project management, marketing, communication, fashion management, or related field, and eligible for alternance.
- Strong interest in luxury fashion and digital transformation with a proactive, organized approach to project work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
- Comfort with handling multiple priorities, managing timelines and following rigorous quality standards.
- Professional demeanour appropriate to a luxury brand and discretion when handling confidential project information.
Suitable for candidates in work‑study seeking an alternance placement; prior internships or first experience in digital, e‑commerce, marketing or agency environments is an advantage.
Enrolled in a relevant Bachelor or Master programme (digital project management, marketing, communication, fashion/business school) and eligible for a French alternance contract.
