- Lead and inspire a dynamic team to embody Chanel values and deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the fragrance and beauty counter, ensuring retail excellence and brand image maintenance.
- Inspire, develop, and manage a high-performing team with a focus on collaboration and empowerment.
- Oversee onboarding and continuous training, ensuring strong product knowledge and service excellence.
- Set and review individual and team goals, providing regular performance feedback and career development support.
- Contribute to business planning, including forecasting and promotional strategies.
- Monitor and analyze business KPIs to inform strategic actions and improve commercial performance.
- Proactively recruit new clients and support clientelling initiatives to drive loyalty.
- Collaborate with the Retail Development Manager to review performance and develop growth strategies.
- Ensure flawless execution of brand activations, events, and in-store campaigns.
- Uphold brand standards for grooming, presentation, and environment.
- Champion the brand’s signature service approach, ensuring elevated and immersive client interactions.
- Proven leadership experience in a luxury or premium retail environment, ideally within beauty or fragrance.
- Ability to coach and develop a diverse team while fostering a culture of collaboration.
- Passion for creating memorable, client-centric experiences.
- Strategic thinking with strong commercial awareness and decision-making capabilities.
- Solution-focused approach, thriving in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Leadership experience in a luxury or premium retail environment, ideally within beauty or fragrance.
