1. Act as an ambassador of the brand.
2. Develop sales and client portfolio across all categories.
3. Lead by example on the shop floor.
4. Coach and develop team members.
5. Ensure the utmost client experience in-store.
6. Work closely with the operations team to align store processes with commercial goals.
7. Analyze category performance and implement action plans.
8. Recruit, develop, and retain clients.
9. Share store targets and market trends with staff.
10. Manage department staff and create a positive work environment.
11. Develop a strong team spirit and talent development.
12. Maximize potential of all product categories.
13. Build a loyal clientele using CRM tools.
14. Represent the brand in local market activities.
