- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Celine's culture and values.
- Lead and manage the department staff, fostering a positive and motivating work environment.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve profitability targets.
- Coach and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and manage administrative responsibilities.
- Maintain stock accuracy and safety, ensuring alignment with commercial goals.
- Engage with clients to provide an exceptional in-store experience.
- Analyze department performance and provide feedback to store management.
- Represent the brand in local market activities and stay informed about market trends.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- High product and fashion sensitivity.
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
- Proven ability to manage and develop teams.
- Client-centric mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Spanish and English; a third language is a plus.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry is required.
