1. Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Celine's culture and values.
2. Lead and manage the department staff, fostering a positive and motivating work environment.
3. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve profitability targets.
4. Coach and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
5. Ensure compliance with internal policies and manage administrative responsibilities.
6. Maintain stock accuracy and safety, ensuring alignment with commercial goals.
7. Engage with clients to provide an exceptional in-store experience.
8. Analyze department performance and provide feedback to store management.
9. Represent the brand in local market activities and stay informed about market trends.

1. At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

1. High product and fashion sensitivity.
2. Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
3. Proven ability to manage and develop teams.
4. Client-centric mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
5. Fluency in Spanish and English; a third language is a plus.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry is required.
