Celine Store Operations Coordinator

- Contribute to achieving the store's sales objectives.
- Master and enforce internal stock management processes, including transfers and after-sales service.
- Control the flow of goods, including incoming and outgoing shipments, quality control, and transfers.
- Monitor and analyze stock levels through regular inventories.
- Identify and rectify discrepancies in collaboration with management.
- Maintain an organized and efficient stock area.
- Restock and prepare products for integration into the store.
- Ensure efficient follow-up of customer reservations with the sales team.
- Facilitate smooth communication with the sales team.
- Support the company's digital initiatives.
- Assist in organizing deliveries from warehouse to store.
- Maintain accurate stock inventory records.
- Provide logistical support for stock deliveries and returns.
- Assist with stock transfers and packing.
- Provide administrative support for shipping and invoicing.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of professional experience in stock management.
- Strong team spirit and collaborative mindset.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in stock management within a retail or luxury environment is required.
