Store Operations Coordinator

1. Contribute to the achievement of the sales outlet's objectives
2. Master internal stock management processes and ensure team compliance
3. Control the flow of goods, including incoming, outgoing, and delivery receipt
4. Monitor and analyze stock status through regular inventories
5. Check discrepancies and implement corrective actions with management
6. Maintain a tidy stock area with the motto 'easy to find, easy to sell'
7. Restock, prepare, and integrate products within the store
8. Ensure efficient follow-up of customer reservations with the sales team
9. Facilitate smooth communication with the sales team
10. Support the digital evolution of the company
11. Assist in sorting and organizing deliveries from warehouse to store
12. Keep accurate records of stock inventory
13. Provide support for delivery and return of stocks to and from boutique/warehouse/overseas transfers
14. Assist in stock transfers and packing
15. Provide administrative shipping/invoicing support

1. Minimum of 2 to 3 years professional experience in stock management

5. Proficiency with IT tools

Minimum 3 years of experience in stock management.
