1. Conduct weekly performance reporting and analysis across zones and products, tracking key performance indicators.
2. Identify growth opportunities and best-sellers, and follow up on action plans.
3. Perform ad-hoc analyses as needed.
4. Prepare for and participate in monthly meetings with various zones.
5. Assist in buying sessions with Merchandisers during Showrooms.
6. Support product launches.
7. Conduct product analysis and competitive benchmarking.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field.

1. Strong analytical skills with a keen interest in products.
2. Attention to detail and rigorous approach to tasks.
3. Ability to adapt quickly, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively in a demanding environment.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Fluent in English.

Previous internship experience in Retail Merchandising, Business Planning, or Retail is appreciated but not required.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business or a related field.
