1. Achieve individual and team sales objectives and support team members in their sales efforts.
2. Welcome clients and enhance their experience by advising them across all product categories.
3. Demonstrate sales leadership and advanced clienteling skills to develop existing and recruit new clients.
4. Maintain the highest standards of brand and product knowledge.
5. Participate in all activities contributing to the store's overall objectives.
6. Adhere to CELINE brand standards in grooming and behavior.
7. Assist management in daily operations, including floor management, stock operations, and opening/closing duties.
8. Support the Store Manager in team development through mentoring and integration of newcomers.
9. Understand company policies and provide support to other Client Advisors.
10. Depending on store needs, additional responsibilities may include stock and store operations, visual merchandising, and after-sales support.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail setting, with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Computer literacy and ability to learn and use various software packages.

Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.
