Celine Store Manager

CELINE, founded in 1945 by Céline Vipiana, is an iconic French Leather-Goods, Fashion & Couture House belonging to the LVMH Group. CELINE seeks individuals who thrive as team players in a fast-paced environment among passionate, agile, and authentic people.

1. Monitor store performance and remain aware of market trends.
2. Take responsibility for the P&L.
3. Identify areas of improvement and work with managers to implement action plans to achieve commercial objectives.
4. Establish a client-centric mindset to offer clients the best in-store experience and achieve CRM objectives.
5. Translate store objectives into concrete daily targets and tasks, inspiring the team to reach targets.
6. Maintain floor presence to support the team.
7. Act as the link between the Head Office and the store.
8. Be the ambassador of the brand and promote CELINE's culture and values.
9. Ensure the best level of client experience and handle delicate customer situations if needed.
10. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements.
11. Oversee stock and store planning, and guarantee proper execution of tasks related to store digitalization.
12. Review team performance and potential to retain top talent and recruit new talents.
13. Manage the team to drive business and create a positive work environment.
14. Regularly coach the team to develop key skills.

1. Masters/Bachelors Degree

3. Proven ability to manage large teams and strong leadership
4. High sensitivity to client experience and loyalty
5. Strong communication skills
6. Organizational skills, sense of priorities and agility
7. Talent for coaching and developing a team
8. Exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, sincerity, and curiosity
9. Fluent in Spanish and English; a third language is a plus

Position requires a minimum of 5 years in Retail Management in the fashion or luxury sector or equivalent.
