Celine Store Manager

- Monitor store performance and remain aware of market trends.
- Take responsibility for the Profit & Loss statements.
- Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with managers to implement action plans to achieve commercial objectives.
- Establish a client-centric mindset to enhance in-store experiences and achieve CRM objectives.
- Translate store objectives into daily targets and tasks, inspiring the team to achieve these goals.
- Maintain a strong floor presence to support the team.
- Act as the liaison between Head Office and the store.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, endorsing CELINE's culture and values.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal processes.
- Oversee both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, including stock and store planning.
- Guarantee the execution of tasks related to store digitalization.
- Review team performance and potential to retain and recruit top talent.
- Create a positive work environment and develop team spirit.
- Regularly coach the team to develop key skills.
- Master's or Bachelor's Degree
- Strong business acumen and ability to drive results.
- Sensitivity to product and fashion trends.
- Proven ability to manage large teams with strong leadership.
- High sensitivity to client experience and loyalty.
- Strong communication skills.
- Organizational skills with a sense of priorities and agility.
- Talent for coaching and developing a team.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, sincerity, and curiosity.
A minimum of 5 years in retail management within the fashion or luxury sector is required.
Master's or Bachelor's Degree
