Celine Store Manager

- Monitor store performance and remain aware of market trends.
- Take responsibility for the P&L.
- Identify areas of improvement and work with managers to implement action plans to achieve commercial objectives.
- Establish a client-centric mindset to offer clients the best in-store experience and achieve CRM objectives.
- Translate store objectives into concrete daily targets and tasks, inspiring the team to reach targets.
- Maintain floor presence to support the team.
- Act as the link between the Head Office and the store.
- Be the ambassador of the brand and promote CELINE's culture and values.
- Ensure the best level of client experience and handle delicate customer situations if needed.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements.
- Oversee stock and store planning, and guarantee proper execution of tasks related to store digitalization.
- Review team performance and potential to retain top talent and recruit new talents.
- Manage the team to drive business and create a positive work environment.
- Regularly coach the team to develop key skills.
- Masters/Bachelors Degree
- Strong business sense and ability to drive results
- Product and fashion sensitivity
- Proven ability to manage large teams and strong leadership
- High sensitivity to client experience and loyalty
- Strong communication skills
- Organizational skills, sense of priorities and agility
- Talent for coaching and developing a team
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, sincerity, and curiosity
- Fluent in Spanish and English; a third language is a plus
Position requires a minimum of 5 years in Retail Management in the fashion or luxury sector or equivalent.
Masters/Bachelors Degree
