1. Lead the SoHo boutique, ensuring a personalized client experience and building strong client relationships.
2. Collaborate with Senior Management to establish the store's vision and drive a profitable business.
3. Monitor store performance, reviewing weekly sales and optimizing staffing models to align with store traffic.
4. Analyze Mystery Shop reports and develop CRM strategies to enhance customer relationships.
5. Mentor and coach the management team, fostering a collaborative and service-oriented environment.
6. Manage inventory and ensure compliance with profit and loss responsibilities.
7. Implement retention initiatives and collaborate with HR for staffing and development opportunities.
8. Oversee store appearance and ensure adherence to grooming and styling standards.
9. Develop and train associates to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
10. Facilitate solutions to customer issues and support sales staff with consignments.

1. Minimum of 10 years of managerial experience in luxury retail, preferably in a flagship or high-profile store.
2. Experience in multi-store management is advantageous.
3. Proficiency in computer software and inventory management systems.

The compensation for this position ranges from $135,000 to $165,000 annually, depending on relevant skills and experience.
