- Partner with Senior Management to create the vision and tone for the store while driving a successful and profitable business.
- Serve as a proactive mentor, teacher, and problem solver.
- Instill a collaborative team-oriented relationship among the categories.
- Organize activities, meetings, and priorities for the store and each category.
- Monitor sales performance weekly by category.
- Develop and evolve staffing models to align employee scheduling with store traffic.
- Analyze Mystery Shop reports and CRM strategy performance.
- Provide input on Front of House/Back of House opportunities to improve customer experience.
- Identify and develop relevant trainings for selling RTW & Shoes.
- Mentor and coach Assistant Store Director, Department Managers & Assistant Operations Manager.
- Use Retail Pro for inventory management.
- Maintain business reports and relationships with corporate and regional offices.
- Manage full Profit and Loss responsibility for the store.
- Implement retention initiatives and collaborate with Human Resources.
- Responsible for staffing and recruiting functions.
- Provide systematic induction and follow-up for new staff.
- Identify training needs and implement regular training sessions.
- Propose and develop event formats in cooperation with Senior Management and Marketing.
- Adhere to Grooming and Styling standards.
- Ensure key documents are kept in store and manage staff schedules.
- Develop and empower associates to achieve sales objectives.
- Assist in resolving customer issues and support sales staff.
- Minimum of 10 years of managerial experience in a luxury retail setting.
- Experience in flagship or high-profile store management preferred.
- Multi-store management experience is a plus.

Minimum 10 years of managerial experience in a luxury retail setting with emphasis on general store management.
The compensation for this position ranges from $135,000 - $165,000 annually, depending on the candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
