Celine Retail Support Manager

- Ensure the availability of all non-merchandise products in stores and for e-commerce platforms.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all non-merchandise product matters.
- Guarantee easy access to non-merchandise products such as uniforms and packaging for the network.
- Define and monitor processes related to packaging, uniforms, and all non-merchandise products with a focus on cost optimization and CSR.
- Optimize access to non-merchandise products by streamlining processes for store and e-commerce organization.

- Collaborate with the CSR team to ensure efficient non-merchandise product accessibility in stores.

- Coach and manage the central Retail Support team.
- Engage the worldwide community by communicating the roadmap and developing global priorities.
- Manage project budgets, planning, and coordination across departments and stores.
- Monitor and report on key success factors and KPIs.
- Over 8 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of retail challenges in a luxury context.
- Strong understanding of the luxury business.
- Detail-oriented with excellent written communication skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required.
