Store Director

CELINE is a fast-growing French and Leather-Goods Couture House that belongs to the LVMH group, aiming to become one of the most iconic luxury brands worldwide.

1. Partner with Senior Management to create the vision and tone for the store.
2. Serve as a proactive mentor, teacher, and problem solver.
3. Organize activities, meetings, and priorities for the store.
4. Monitor sales performance and develop staffing models.
5. Analyze Mystery Shop reports and CRM activities.
6. Develop and implement training for staff.
7. Manage inventory and ensure proper SKU levels.
8. Full Profit and Loss responsibility for the store.
9. Implement retention initiatives and collaborate with Human Resources.
10. Propose and develop event formats with Senior Management and Marketing.
11. Ensure store appearance and adherence to grooming standards.
12. Create staff work schedules and manage administrative tasks.
13. Develop and train associates to achieve sales objectives.
14. Understand and explain store performance by category.

1. Minimum of 10 years of managerial experience in a luxury retail setting.
2. Experience in flagship or high-profile store management preferred.
3. Multi-store management experience is a plus.

Minimum of 10 years of managerial experience in a luxury retail setting, preferably in a flagship or high-profile store.

The compensation ranges from $120,000 - $155,000 annually, dependent upon relevant skills and experience.
