Celine Store Director

- Collaborate with Senior Management to establish the store's vision and drive a successful business.
- Maintain a strong leadership presence, mentoring and solving problems proactively.
- Foster a collaborative team-oriented environment across various categories.
- Organize store activities, meetings, and prioritize actions to ensure operational efficiency and exceptional customer experience.
- Monitor and analyze weekly sales performance by category.
- Develop a staffing model to align employee schedules with store traffic and optimize sales potential.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of Mystery Shop reports and CRM activities.
- Partner with Regional Management to review CRM strategies and performance measures.
- Provide input on opportunities to enhance sales and customer experience in both front and back of house.
- Identify and develop training programs for selling Ready-to-Wear and Shoes.
- Mentor and coach management staff to adapt and find solutions.
- Manage inventory using Retail Pro and ensure staff proficiency in systems.
- Oversee Profit and Loss responsibilities, focusing on controllable expenses and sales plans.
- Implement retention initiatives and collaborate with HR for staff development.
- Manage staffing and recruitment for both non-exempt and exempt positions.
- Organize systematic induction and training sessions for new staff.
- Propose and develop event formats in collaboration with Senior Management and Marketing.
- Ensure adherence to grooming and styling standards and maintain store appearance.
- Create staff work schedules and manage planning of paid holidays and absences.
- Develop and train associates to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
- Assist in resolving customer issues and support sales staff with consignments.
- Understand and manage store performance by product category.
- Minimum 10 years of managerial experience in luxury retail, preferably in a flagship or high-profile store.
- Experience in multi-store management is a plus.
- Proficiency in using various software packages.
- Action-oriented and results-driven.
- Ability to motivate others and build effective teams.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Involvement in community and client relations.

- Proficiency in mediating and resolving issues.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
A minimum of 10 years in managerial roles within a luxury retail setting, with a focus on general store management. Experience in flagship or high-profile stores is preferred.
The compensation for this position ranges from $120,000 to $155,000 annually, depending on relevant skills and experience.
