1. Partner with Senior Management to establish the store's vision and drive profitability.
2. Mentor and lead a collaborative team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer experiences.
3. Monitor and analyze store performance metrics, including sales and customer service.
4. Develop and implement CRM strategies to strengthen client relationships.
5. Oversee inventory management and ensure optimal stock levels.
6. Manage human resources functions, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
7. Ensure store operations align with corporate standards and policies.
8. Organize and execute store events in collaboration with marketing teams.
9. Maintain store appearance and uphold brand standards.

1. Minimum of 10 years of managerial experience in luxury retail, preferably in a flagship or high-profile store.
2. Experience in multi-store management is advantageous.
3. Proficiency in using retail management software and systems.

Annual salary ranging from $145,000 to $185,000, based on skills and experience.
