Celine Store Director

- Partner with Senior Management to establish the store's vision and drive profitability.
- Mentor and lead a collaborative team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer experiences.
- Monitor and analyze store performance metrics, including sales and customer service.
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to strengthen client relationships.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure optimal stock levels.
- Manage human resources functions, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure store operations align with corporate standards and policies.
- Organize and execute store events in collaboration with marketing teams.
- Maintain store appearance and uphold brand standards.
- Minimum of 10 years of managerial experience in luxury retail, preferably in a flagship or high-profile store.
- Experience in multi-store management is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using retail management software and systems.
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Social perceptiveness and community engagement.
A minimum of 10 years in a managerial role within a luxury retail environment, with a focus on store management.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
Annual salary ranging from $145,000 to $185,000, based on skills and experience.
