Store Director

CELINE is a fast-growing French and Leather-Goods Couture House that belongs to the LVMH group, aiming to become one of the most iconic luxury brands worldwide.

1. Partner with Senior Management to create the vision and tone for the store while driving a successful and profitable business.
2. Serve as a proactive mentor, teacher, and problem solver.
3. Organize activities, meetings, and priorities for the store.
4. Monitor sales performance weekly for each category.
5. Develop and evolve standardized staffing models.
6. Analyze Mystery Shop reports and CRM strategy.
7. Provide input on Front of House/Back of House opportunities.
8. Identify and develop relevant trainings for selling RTW & Shoes.
9. Mentor and coach store management team.
10. Maintain inventory management using Retail Pro.
11. Manage full Profit and Loss responsibility for the store.
12. Implement retention initiatives and collaborate with Human Resources.
13. Responsible for staffing and recruiting functions.
14. Provide systematic induction and training for new staff.
15. Propose and develop event formats with Senior Management and Marketing.
16. Adhere to Grooming and Styling standards.
17. Ensure key documents are kept in store.
18. Develop and train associates to achieve sales objectives.
19. Assist in resolving customer issues and complaints.
20. Understand and explain store performance by category.

1. Business School, University degree or equivalent experience.
2. Minimum of 10 years of managerial experience in a luxury retail setting.
3. Experience in flagship or high-profile store management preferred.
4. Multi-store management experience is a plus.

The compensation for this position ranges from $145,000 to $185,000 annually, depending on relevant skills and experience.
