Senior Store Planning Project Manager

1. Supervise and coordinate all architectural and construction activities related to new stores, retrofits, minor work, and new flagships.
2. Communicate project updates with HQ partners and Americas region Corporate and Retail partners.
3. Collaborate closely with finance on budget analysis and report regularly on budget status.
4. Prepare design briefs and kick-off meetings per project.
5. Prepare project schedules, budgets, store planning reports/presentations, and contracts.
6. Organize and manage RFPs, tenders, negotiation, and awarding of consultants.
7. Manage vendors, consultants, general contractors, and architects.
8. Review design drawings to ensure consistency with HQ design concept.
9. Liaise with internal departments to support project execution and meet deliverables.
10. Coordinate operations prior to store openings.
11. Visit construction sites regularly to prepare reports and ensure quality.
12. Oversee the onsite installation of all OFI items including art and furniture placement.
13. Manage punch list coordination and onsite walkthroughs.
14. Collect as-built drawings and finalize financial accounts closures.

1. Bachelor’s degree in architecture and/or construction management.

1. Experience with millwork shop drawings, construction drawings, material selection, space planning, and layouts.
2. Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Sketch Up.
3. Understanding of construction documents.
4. Strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
5. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
6. Superior organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
7. Detail-oriented and highly organized.
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
9. Ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
10. Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

7-10 years in architecture firms, construction industry, or retail planning departments. Experience in the luxury/fashion business is a plus.

The compensation for this position ranges from $125,000 to $150,000, depending on relevant skills and experience.
