CelineSenior Store Planning Project Manager

- Supervise and coordinate all architectural and construction activities related to new stores, retrofits, minor work, and new flagships.
- Communicate project updates with HQ partners and Americas region Corporate and Retail partners.
- Collaborate closely with finance on budget analysis and report regularly on budget status.
- Prepare design briefs and kick-off meetings per project.
- Prepare project schedules, budgets, store planning reports/presentations, and contracts.
- Organize and manage RFPs, tenders, negotiation, and awarding of consultants.
- Manage vendors, consultants, general contractors, and architects.
- Review design drawings to ensure consistency with HQ design concept.
- Liaise with internal departments to support project execution and meet deliverables.
- Coordinate operations prior to store openings.
- Visit construction sites regularly to prepare reports and ensure quality.
- Oversee the onsite installation of all OFI items including art and furniture placement.
- Manage punch list coordination and onsite walkthroughs.
- Collect as-built drawings and finalize financial accounts closures.
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture and/or construction management.
- Experience with millwork shop drawings, construction drawings, material selection, space planning, and layouts.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Sketch Up.
- Understanding of construction documents.
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Superior organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
7-10 years in architecture firms, construction industry, or retail planning departments. Experience in the luxury/fashion business is a plus.
The compensation for this position ranges from $125,000 to $150,000, depending on relevant skills and experience.
