Celine Senior Store Planning Project Manager

- Supervise and coordinate all architectural and construction activities related to new stores, retrofits, and flagship projects.
- Communicate project updates with HQ partners and regional corporate and retail partners, providing comprehensive opening reports.
- Collaborate with finance on budget analysis, reporting on budget status, and managing first-year warranty compliance post-opening.
- Prepare design briefs and initiate project kick-offs.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and store planning reports in coordination with the legal team.
- Organize and manage RFPs, tenders, and negotiations with consultants and suppliers.
- Manage vendors, consultants, general contractors, architects, and suppliers.
- Review design drawings to ensure alignment with HQ design concepts.
- Liaise with internal departments such as IT, Retail, Wholesale, Finance, and Logistics to support project execution.
- Coordinate operations prior to store openings.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure construction quality and resolve issues with the project team.
- Oversee onsite installation of art and furniture.
- Manage punch list coordination and onsite walkthroughs with consultants and HQ design partners.
- Collect as-built drawings, finalize financial accounts, and complete all close-out documents.
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture or construction management.
- 7-10 years of experience in architecture firms, construction industry, or retail planning departments.
- Experience with millwork shop drawings, construction drawings, material selection, and space planning.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Sketch Up.
- Strong understanding of construction documents.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required, with a preference for candidates with experience in the luxury or fashion business.
Bachelor’s degree in architecture or construction management.
The compensation for this position ranges from $125,000 to $150,000, depending on the candidate’s skills and experience.
