Celine Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner

- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations across CELINE North America, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues, including harassment claims and conflict resolution, ensuring legal compliance.
- Oversee performance improvement plans and manage involuntary terminations, collaborating with legal counsel on escalated matters.
- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and provincial employment and safety laws, maintaining a compliant and ethical work environment.
- Enhance the onboarding process to attract and retain top talent, focusing on employer branding.
- Provide coaching and development to managers, enhancing leadership skills and fostering continuous improvement.
- Develop workforce plans aligned with strategic direction and future business needs, ensuring organizational growth.
- Drive the development of high-potential talent through targeted programs, leveraging internal and external best practices.
- Lead the Organization Management Review process, identifying talent gaps and succession planning opportunities.
- Oversee the annual performance review process, ensuring fair and equitable evaluation and development planning.
- Manage HR budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans in partnership with Finance, brand leaders, and HR Operations Director.
- Conduct market research to ensure competitive employee compensation aligned with budget guidelines.
- Administer the annual Individual Compensation Review process, ensuring equitable and performance-based adjustments.
- Oversee headcount management and termination processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Provide support for leave of absence requests and worker's compensation claims, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support managers in sourcing, assessing, and engaging talent.
- Partner with leadership to identify optimal organizational structures and processes, driving efficiency.
- Serve as a liaison with Maison Human Resources teams in Europe and LVMH Fashion Group in North America.
- Ensure consistent communication and interpretation of HR policies and procedures.
- Cultivate effective relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and LVMH resources.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience with emphasis on employee relations, talent management, and HR business partnering.
- Comprehensive understanding of US and Canadian labor laws.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership and retail associates.
- Ability to travel as needed.
Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience required, with a strong emphasis on employee relations, talent management, and HR business partnering.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
The compensation for this position ranges from $136,000 - $155,000 annually, dependent upon the candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
