- Meet and exceed sales goals set by headquarters.
- Motivate and manage the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve maximum sales results.
- Utilize client relationship resources to provide elevated service to all clients.
- Oversee floor supervision to maximize sales outcomes.
- Assist sales associates with customer service issues, serving as a mentor and problem solver.
- Effectively use the POS system and manage inventory functions.
- Open and close the store, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Administer follow-up and paperwork accurately and promptly.
- Meet inventory accuracy and shrink requirements.
- Collaborate with the Visual Manager to maintain merchandising standards.
- Support the Regional Visual Manager in executing a compelling visual environment.
- Conduct regular reviews of sales and take action to address deficiencies.
- Develop and motivate staff through goal setting and regular meetings.
- Supervise the team and enforce company policies, managing disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Identify training needs in collaboration with the store manager.
- 7+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- 1+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
- College degree or equivalent.
- Action-oriented with a drive for results.
- Ability to motivate others and build effective teams.
- Strong service orientation and customer focus.
- Social perceptiveness.
- Conflict mediation and negotiation skills.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in general software (Word, Excel, etc.).
A minimum of 7 years in sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role, preferably within a luxury retail environment.
College degree or equivalent.
$27-30 hourly, dependent on skills and experience.
