- Deliver exceptional client service in alignment with CELINE's selling ceremony.
- Expand the local client network and convert prospective clients.
- Cultivate lasting relationships with clients by understanding their desires and providing memorable service beyond the sales process.
- Maintain and update client information to retain existing clients and identify new high-potential clients.
- Communicate with key clients through various channels to arrange appointments and share collection information.
- Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets and achieve all sales associate KPIs and CRM requirements.
- Focus on cross-selling and up-selling across all product categories.
- Monitor physical inventory and inform management about product replenishment needs.
- Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards as directed.
- Ensure proficient and accurate use of POS systems and participate in inventory counts and goods receptions.
- Maintain store functionality and adhere to stock room guidelines.
- Foster open, positive, and constructive communication with team members.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail, sales, or hospitality.
- Experience in the luxury or fashion industry is advantageous, particularly in clientele management.
- Empathy and attentiveness to customer needs.
