Celine Retail Training Manager

- Develop and facilitate training programs focused on brand culture, product knowledge, and selling ceremonies.
- Evaluate training and development needs of boutiques.
- Strategize with the Training Director to revise or create new training programs based on business needs.
- Collaborate with Regional Directors and VPs to coach underperforming associates and evaluate training levels.
- Facilitate onboarding for new hires and support store openings.
- Provide floor support and spot coaching during travel throughout the network.
- Deliver post-training recaps to the Training Director and regional teams.
- Track the effectiveness of training programs and provide regular follow-up.
- Partner with the Merchandising team to develop seasonal product training.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of training experience in the luxury sector.
- Retail experience preferred.
- Experience in the luxury/fashion business is advantageous.
- Strong communication, listening, and comprehension skills.
- Ability to develop interactive, creative, and comprehensive training programs.
- Proficiency in understanding and communicating material and providing instruction.
- Capability to adjust priorities and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Skill in assessing training needs and adapting content accordingly.
- Competence in tracking and evaluating training effectiveness.
- Effective communication with employees at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to travel up to 50% to support North America business and training priorities.
Minimum of 5 years of training experience in the luxury sector, with a preference for retail experience.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Compensation ranges from $115,000 to $130,000, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
