Celine Part-Time Operations Associate

- Maintain inventory in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner.
- Support sales staff by retrieving in-stock merchandise not displayed on the sales floor.
- Anticipate and address merchandise maintenance needs, providing proactive solutions for space and storage issues.
- Ensure all merchandise is properly ticketed.
- Assist with visual merchandising and operations, including the movement and storage of fixtures, furniture, and props.
- Support store operations in facility and fixture maintenance, coordinating cleaning and repairs as needed.
- Participate in the timely preparation and completion of inventories and cycle counts.
- Engage actively in the inventory reconciliation process.
- Manage and process inter-store transfers, stock rotations, and shipments according to policies and procedures.
- Accurately complete paperwork and procedures related to inventory maintenance, such as damages and returns.
- Ensure the highest standards in packaging client merchandise.
- Oversee all aspects of the client delivery process, including troubleshooting missing deliveries.
- Document client deliveries and track merchandise as necessary.
- Assist other departments or on the selling floor as needed, as directed by management.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail setting, focusing on stock or inventory, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.
- Action-oriented and results-driven.

- Problem-solving abilities.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Computer literacy, with the ability to learn and use various software packages.
- Proficiency in foreign languages is a plus.
Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail environment, with a focus on stock or inventory management, ideally within the luxury sector.
Business School, University, or equivalent experience.
The compensation for this position ranges from $18 to $22 hourly, depending on the candidate's skills and experience.
