1. Maintain inventory in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner.
2. Support sales staff by retrieving in-stock merchandise not displayed on the sales floor.
3. Anticipate and address merchandise maintenance needs, providing proactive solutions for space and storage issues.
4. Ensure all merchandise is properly ticketed.
5. Assist with visual merchandising and operations, including the movement and storage of fixtures, furniture, and props.
6. Support store operations in facility and fixture maintenance, coordinating cleaning and repairs as needed.
7. Participate in the timely preparation and completion of inventories and cycle counts.
8. Engage actively in the inventory reconciliation process.
9. Manage and process inter-store transfers, stock rotations, and shipments according to policies and procedures.
10. Accurately complete paperwork and procedures related to inventory maintenance, such as damages and returns.
11. Ensure the highest standards in packaging client merchandise.
12. Oversee all aspects of the client delivery process, including troubleshooting missing deliveries.
13. Document client deliveries and track merchandise as necessary.
14. Assist other departments or on the selling floor as needed, as directed by management.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail setting, focusing on stock or inventory, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.

Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail environment, with a focus on stock or inventory management, ideally within the luxury sector.

Business School, University, or equivalent experience.

The compensation for this position ranges from $18 to $22 hourly, depending on the candidate's skills and experience.
