Part-Time Operations Associate

CELINE is a fast-growing French and Leather-Goods Couture House that belongs to the LVMH group, with the ambition to become one of the most iconic luxury brands worldwide.

1. Maintain inventory in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized fashion
2. Support sales staff with merchandise needed from stock
3. Anticipate merchandise maintenance needs and provide proactive solutions
4. Ensure all merchandise is ticketed
5. Support visual, merchandising, and operations needs
6. Coordinate facility and fixture maintenance
7. Participate in inventories and cycle counts
8. Manage and process inter-store transfers and shipments
9. Complete paperwork and procedures for inventory maintenance
10. Ensure high standards in packaging client merchandise
11. Manage client delivery process and troubleshoot issues
12. Document deliveries and track merchandise
13. Assist other departments as needed

1. Business School, University, or equivalent experience
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail setting, with a focus on stock or inventory, preferably in a luxury setting

Business School, University, or equivalent experience

The compensation for this position ranges from $18 - $22 hourly. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
