1. Direct the movement of all pre-sale merchandise entering and exiting the store.
2. Implement and adhere to all shipping and receiving policies and procedures.
3. Maintain inventory in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner.
4. Support sales staff by retrieving in-stock merchandise not on the sales floor.
5. Anticipate merchandise maintenance needs and provide proactive solutions for space and storage issues.
6. Ensure all merchandise is ticketed appropriately.
7. Assist with visual, merchandising, and operations needs, including moving and storing fixtures, furniture, and props.
8. Coordinate facility and fixture maintenance, including cleaning and repairs.
9. Participate in the timely preparation and completion of inventories and cycle counts.
10. Engage actively in the inventory reconciliation process.
11. Manage and process inter-store transfers, stock rotations, and shipments.
12. Complete all paperwork and procedures related to inventory maintenance accurately.
13. Ensure high standards in packaging client merchandise.
14. Oversee all aspects of the client delivery process, including troubleshooting missing deliveries.
15. Document client deliveries and track merchandise as necessary.
16. Assist other departments or on the selling floor as requested by management.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail setting with a focus on stock or inventory, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Proficiency in computer literacy and the ability to learn and use various software packages.

A minimum of 5 years in a retail setting, focusing on stock or inventory management, ideally within a luxury context.

Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.

$24- $29 hourly, dependent on skills and experience.
