Celine Operations Associate

CELINE is a fast-growing French and Leather-Goods Couture House that is part of the LVMH group, aiming to become one of the most iconic luxury brands worldwide.

1. Direct the movement of all pre-sale merchandise entering and exiting the store.
2. Ensure implementation of all shipping/receiving policies, procedures, and directives.
3. Maintain inventory in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner.
4. Support sales staff with stock not on the sales floor.
5. Anticipate merchandise maintenance needs and provide proactive solutions.
6. Ensure all merchandise is ticketed.
7. Support visual, merchandising, and operations needs.
8. Participate in the preparation and completion of inventories and cycle counts.
9. Maintain an active role in inventory reconciliation.
10. Manage and process inter-store transfers, stock rotations, and shipments.
11. Complete paperwork and procedures related to inventory maintenance.
12. Ensure high standards in packaging client merchandise.
13. Manage all aspects of the client delivery process.
14. Document deliveries to clients and track merchandise.
15. Assist other departments or on the selling floor as needed.

1. Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail setting, focusing on stock or inventory, preferably in a luxury setting.
