Celine Operations Associate

- Direct the movement of all pre-sale merchandise entering and exiting the store, ensuring adherence to shipping and receiving policies and procedures.
- Maintain inventory in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner.
- Support sales staff by retrieving in-stock merchandise not displayed on the sales floor.
- Anticipate merchandise maintenance needs and provide proactive solutions to space and storage issues.
- Ensure all merchandise is ticketed appropriately.
- Support visual, merchandising, and operational needs through the movement and storage of fixtures, furniture, merchandise, and props.
- Coordinate facility and fixture maintenance, including cleaning and repairs.
- Participate in the timely preparation and completion of all inventories and cycle counts.
- Engage actively in the inventory reconciliation process.
- Manage and process all inter-store transfers, stock rotations, and shipments according to policies and procedures.
- Accurately complete all paperwork and procedures related to inventory maintenance, including damages and RTVs.
- Ensure the highest standards in packaging client merchandise.
- Oversee all aspects of the client delivery process, including troubleshooting missing deliveries.
- Document all deliveries to clients and track and locate merchandise as necessary.
- Assist other departments or on the selling floor as needed, as directed by management.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail setting, with a focus on stock or inventory, preferably in a luxury environment.

Minimum 5 years of experience in retail, focusing on stock or inventory management within a luxury setting.
Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.
