1. Direct the movement of all pre-sale merchandise entering and exiting the store.
2. Ensure implementation of all shipping and receiving policies, procedures, and directives.
3. Maintain inventory in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner.
4. Support sales staff by providing stock not available on the sales floor.
5. Anticipate merchandise maintenance needs and offer proactive solutions to space and storage issues.
6. Ensure all merchandise is ticketed appropriately.
7. Assist with visual merchandising and operations, including the movement and storage of fixtures, furniture, and props.
8. Support store operations regarding facility and fixture maintenance, coordinating cleaning and repairs as needed.
9. Participate in the preparation and completion of inventories and cycle counts.
10. Engage actively in the inventory reconciliation process.
11. Manage and process inter-store transfers, stock rotations, and shipments according to policies.
12. Complete all paperwork and procedures related to inventory maintenance accurately.
13. Ensure high standards in packaging client merchandise.
14. Manage all aspects of the client delivery process, including troubleshooting missing deliveries.
15. Document client deliveries and track merchandise as necessary.
16. Assist other departments or on the sales floor as requested by management.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail setting, with a focus on stock or inventory, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.

Minimum of 5 years in a retail setting, focusing on stock or inventory, preferably within a luxury environment.

Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.

The compensation for this position ranges from $18 - $22 hourly, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
