Merchandising Manager, Leather Goods

CELINE is a fast-growing French and Leather-Goods Couture House that is part of the LVMH group. The brand aims to become one of the most iconic luxury brands worldwide, seeking enthusiastic, passionate, and agile individuals eager to thrive in a demanding environment.

1. Prepare necessary sales reports by activity, line, colors, and boutique.
2. Propose a purchasing plan based on retail core offer and sales history.
3. Complete the order process by SKU and ensure order completion according to the buying schedule.
4. Conduct daily and weekly sales analysis and prepare business commentary.
5. Participate in sales plans, forecasts, and OTB alongside Business Planning.
6. Manage consolidations and replenishment to maximize Sale-to-Stock levels.
7. Communicate with Central partners on trends and market opportunities.
8. Liaise with Visual Merchandising Team for proper display.
9. Work closely with stores to understand market needs and manage client requests.
10. Collaborate with Training and CRM Teams to promote collections.
11. Partner with Digital Team to maximize online category visibility and sales.
12. Analyze competitors' offers and prices and make recommendations.

1. Minimum 4-7 years of Fashion/Luxury buying experience; accessories experience preferred.
2. Strong communication, motivational, and feedback skills.
3. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines.
4. Market awareness with understanding of competitive landscape.
5. High computer skills with Excel expertise.
6. Analytical and synthesis skills.
7. Frequent national and international travel required.
8. Fluent in English; French is a plus.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Fashion/Luxury buying.

The compensation ranges from $100,000 to $130,000 annually, depending on relevant skills and experience.
