- Prepare necessary sales reports by activity, line, colors, and boutique.
- Propose a purchasing plan based on retail core offer and sales history.
- Complete the order process by SKU and ensure order completion according to the buying schedule.
- Conduct daily and weekly sales analysis and prepare business commentary.
- Participate in sales plans, forecasts, and OTB alongside Business Planning.
- Manage consolidations and replenishment to maximize Sale-to-Stock levels.
- Communicate with Central partners on trends and market opportunities.
- Liaise with Visual Merchandising Team for proper display.
- Work closely with stores to understand market needs and manage client requests.
- Collaborate with Training and CRM Teams to promote collections.
- Partner with Digital Team to maximize online category visibility and sales.
- Analyze competitors' offers and prices and make recommendations.
- Minimum 4-7 years of Fashion/Luxury buying experience; accessories experience preferred.
- Strong communication, motivational, and feedback skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Market awareness with understanding of competitive landscape.
- High computer skills with Excel expertise.
- Analytical and synthesis skills.
- Frequent national and international travel required.
- Fluent in English; French is a plus.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Fashion/Luxury buying.
The compensation ranges from $100,000 to $130,000 annually, depending on relevant skills and experience.
