- Consolidate headcount needs for headquarters and retail in the Europe-Middle East region and assess payroll valuation.
- Coordinate and lead budgetary exercises across the CELINE scope.
- Analyze variances in central and regional budgets during budgetary phases and actuals.
- Reconcile monthly headcount and payroll (Rolling Forecast) for headquarters and EME region.
- Manage payroll and headcount evolution across the full scope (Headquarters, Retail, Production sites) in close collaboration with Finance.
- Propose improvements to HR and finance operations.
- Contribute to the development of the 3-year strategic plan (headcount, FTE, payroll).
- Independently manage group reporting (headcount, annual report, SACR) and their French adaptations (CSE, L&D, Internal Communication, Campus, etc.).
- Prepare all French social documents (Social Balance Sheet, Gender Equality Index, Comparative Situation Report).
- Produce ad hoc reports.
- Establish and enhance monthly HR KPIs.
- Ensure and control data quality across CELINE's scope.
- Serve as the HR Reporting reference at the Maison, Division, and Group levels.
- Develop HRIS tools and the Allshare budgeting software (regional implementation, parameter evolution, community animation).
- Act as a reference for BI evolution in collaboration with the Group.
- Participate in transversal HRIS and C&B projects (commissioning schemes analysis, span of control with Retail teams, other ad hoc projects).
- Master's degree from a business or engineering school, ideally with a specialization in finance or management control.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Financial or HR Management Control.
- Strong organizational skills and numerical proficiency.
- High level of confidentiality and ability to maintain perspective.
- Autonomous with excellent interpersonal skills, described as a team player.
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities with initiative-taking ability.
- Proficiency in Excel and an affinity for information systems.
- Fluent in English.
Minimum of 3 years in Financial or HR Management Control.
Master's degree in business or engineering, ideally with a specialization in finance or management control.
