Celine Department Manager

- Oversee the management of staff, merchandise, and customer experience within the department.
- Achieve sales objectives and maintain high operational and merchandising standards.
- Lead and motivate sales teams to deliver exceptional customer service and maximize sales results.
- Coordinate client relationship resources to enhance customer assistance.
- Develop events and incentives to expand the customer base, focusing on local market growth.
- Ensure the highest degree of customer service is maintained daily.
- Empower associates to make customer service decisions and resolve issues proactively.
- Utilize POS systems effectively for inventory management and sales tracking.
- Collaborate with logistics and product teams to ensure appropriate product assortment.
- Prepare monthly business reports and maintain communication with corporate and other stakeholders.
- Partner with the Visual Manager to uphold department merchandising standards.
- Recruit and develop staff, fostering growth and succession planning.
- Implement company policies and manage disciplinary actions appropriately.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in retail operations, store management, or office administration, preferably in a luxury setting.
- Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.
- Strong client book management skills preferred.
- Passion for luxury products and design appreciation.
- Action-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Proficiency in conflict resolution and issue mediation.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Customer service orientation.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
A minimum of 6 years in retail operations, store management, or office administration, with a focus on luxury settings.
Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.
Annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $130,000, dependent on skills and experience.
