Celine Department Manager

- Manage staff, merchandise, and customer experience.
- Achieve sales objectives and maintain high operational and merchandising standards.
- Build and develop highly motivated teams.
- Meet sales goals set by Corporate Merchandising and Director of Stores.
- Lead sales team to provide high-quality customer service.
- Coordinate client relationship resources.
- Manage floor supervision to improve sales results.
- Develop events to grow customer base.
- Maintain high customer service standards.
- Assist sales associates with customer service issues.
- Empower associates to make customer service decisions.
- Ensure positive results on Mystery Shop Scores.
- Utilize POS system for inventory management.
- Partner with logistics and product team for appropriate assortment.
- Provide monthly business reports.
- Coordinate follow-up and paperwork accurately.
- Ensure staff proficiency in POS systems.
- Meet inventory accuracy and shrink requirements.
- Partner with Visual Manager for department merchandising standards.
- Support Visual Merchandising in planning and implementing visual environment.
- Develop and empower staff through goal setting and meetings.
- Recruit candidates for department roles.
- Supervise personnel and implement company policies.
- Identify and develop growth potential of staff members.
- Identify training needs and implement regular training.
- Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a retail setting with emphasis on operations, store management, or office administration, preferably in a luxury setting.
- Computer literate and able to learn and use various software packages.
- Client books preferred.
- Desire to work in retail with a focus on management.
- Passion for luxury products and design appreciation.
- Action-oriented and result-driven.
- Proficiency in resolving issues or concerns.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Customer service oriented.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Foreign languages a plus.
Minimum of 6 years in a retail setting with emphasis on operations, store management, or office administration, preferably in a luxury setting.
Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.
The compensation ranges from $100,000 to $130,000 annually, dependent on skills and experience.
