- Define and lead the local clienteling budget and strategy.
- Implement global clienteling programs within the region.
- Develop action plans to enhance client data quality and monitor regional data needs or risks.
- Set regional targets for key clienteling KPIs in alignment with global strategy.
- Drive the retail network to enhance customer-service orientation.
- Oversee CRM training and coaching with support from the training team and store ambassadors.
- Define relevant clienteling app programs for the region and individual stores, and monitor app performance.
- Organize and manage regional events in collaboration with Retail, VM, and Communication departments.
- Identify potential partnerships for client acquisition, retention, and experience enhancement.
- Propose new gifting and service initiatives tailored to local needs and benchmark against competitors.
- Manage regional clienteling team and oversee retail network clienteling performances.
- Define and monitor the local clienteling budget and assess return on investment.
- Degree or higher qualification.
- 12 to 15 years of experience in client development within the luxury sector.
- Experience in store, client, and event management is advantageous.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability.
- Attention to detail and precision.
- Analytical skills for monitoring clienteling initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills across all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in client development within the luxury sector, with a strong background in store, client, and event management.
Degree or higher qualification.
