1. Support the Clienteling & Loyalty Manager in recruitment, retention, and customer engagement activities.
2. Assist in CRM data generation for regional markets.
3. Prepare materials and consolidate performance tracking for clienteling events across the region.
4. Coordinate logistical arrangements and support for clienteling samples, giftings, tools, and materials.
5. Provide administrative support for vendor management, payment facilitation, invoice and expense management, and clienteling app licenses.
6. Oversee event setups and preparation.
7. Support the execution of regional initiatives in alignment with the House's general guidelines.

1. Diploma holder or undergraduate student.

1. Passion for the luxury and fashion industry.
2. Proactive and detail-oriented.
3. Strong team player with a positive attitude.
4. Analytical skills for monitoring clienteling initiatives.
5. Effective communication skills.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
7. Fluent in English.

Entry-level experience is acceptable, suitable for beginners.

Diploma or current undergraduate studies.
