Responsibilities
- Support the Clienteling & Loyalty Manager in recruitment, retention, and customer engagement activations and events.
- Assist in CRM-related data generation for regional markets.
- Prepare materials and consolidate performance tracking for all clienteling events across the region.
- Coordinate logistical arrangements and support for clienteling samples, giftings, tools, and materials across the region.
- Provide administrative follow-up on vendor creation and management, payment facilitation and tracking, invoice and expense management, clienteling app licenses, and service desk.
- Oversee event setups and preparation.
- Support action plans for the region’s initiatives, aligned with the House general guidelines.
Qualifications
- Diploma holder or undergraduate
Skills
- Passion for the luxury/fashion business
- Proactive and efficient with attention to detail
- Team player with a positive work attitude
- Good analytical skills for monitoring and tracking clienteling initiatives
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office
- Fluent in English
