Celine Clienteling & Loyalty Intern

- Support the Clienteling & Loyalty Manager in recruitment, retention, and customer engagement activities.
- Assist in CRM data generation for regional markets.
- Prepare materials and consolidate performance tracking for clienteling events across the region.
- Coordinate logistical arrangements and support for clienteling samples, giftings, tools, and materials.
- Provide administrative support for vendor management, payment facilitation, invoice and expense management, and clienteling app licenses.
- Oversee event setups and preparation.
- Support the execution of regional initiatives in alignment with the House's general guidelines.
- Diploma holder or undergraduate student.
- Passion for the luxury and fashion industry.
- Proactive and detail-oriented.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude.
- Analytical skills for monitoring clienteling initiatives.
- Effective communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
- Fluent in English.
Entry-level experience is acceptable, suitable for beginners.
Diploma or current undergraduate studies.
