- Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
- Utilize product knowledge to enhance sales and maximize transaction value.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Capture and input relevant customer information into the database.
- Promote store events through various communication channels.
- Maintain and expand a client book.
- Follow up on client-related issues such as shipping and alterations.
- Assist in maintaining store image and general housekeeping.
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail setting, preferably in luxury sales.
- Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.
- Strong client book management skills.
- Passion for luxury products and design appreciation.
- Proficiency in various software programs.
- Service-oriented with a customer focus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Foreign language skills are a plus.
Minimum 3 years in a retail setting with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.
$18 - $21 hourly, dependent on skills and experience.
