Celine Assistant Store Manager

- Support the Store Manager in implementing operational policies, sales support, training, and stock management.
- Maintain the highest degree of customer service in accordance with Retail Excellence.
- Develop, train, and motivate associates to achieve and exceed personal and category sales objectives.
- Demonstrate leadership on the selling floor and coach the team.
- Lead team efforts in clienteling, including effective usage of client books for new client acquisition and retention.
- Meet set category and consignment percentage of total business goals.
- Assist in facilitating solutions to customer issues and directly handle raised customer complaints.
- Ensure compliance with Policies and Procedures.
- Perform daily reporting and analysis as directed.
- Ensure store visual merchandising standards are met and maintained.
- Support the Visual Merchandising Manager in planning and performing changes in the visual environment.
- Provide on-the-spot coaching to sales associates and give clear, constructive feedback.
- Assist the Store Manager by making recommendations for recruitment and development of associates.
- Identify associates' training needs and implement regular category meetings.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and shrink rates within company standards.
- Perform special projects or tasks as directed by the Store Manager.
- Minimum of 7-10 years in store management experience, preferably in a luxury setting.
- Computer literate with the ability to learn and use various software packages.
- Action-oriented and results-driven.
- Ability to motivate others and build effective teams.
- Service orientation and customer focus.
- Social perceptiveness.
- Proficiency in mediating and resolving issues.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a retail setting with an emphasis on store management or office administration, preferably in a luxury setting.
Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.
The compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 - $110,000 annually, dependent upon the candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
