Assistant Store Manager

1. Support the Store Manager in implementing operational policies, sales support, training, and stock management.
2. Maintain the highest degree of customer service in accordance with Retail Excellence.
3. Develop, train, and motivate associates to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
4. Lead team efforts in clienteling and client acquisition.
5. Support the sales process and handle customer issues.
6. Ensure compliance with Policies and Procedures.
7. Perform daily reporting and analysis.
8. Ensure store visual merchandising standards are met.
9. Assist in staff training and development.
10. Maintain inventory accuracy and shrink rates.
11. Perform special projects or tasks as directed by the Store Manager.

1. Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.
2. Minimum of 7-10 years in store management experience, preferably in a luxury setting.

Minimum of 7-10 years in a retail setting with emphasis on store management or office administration, preferably in a luxury setting.

Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.

The compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 - $110,000 annually. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
