Celine Assistant Retail Merchandising Intern

1. Support Retail Merchandising teams across categories such as Leather Goods, Small Leather Goods, Men's, Ready-to-wear & Shoes, and Accessories.
2. Develop privileged contacts with Zones and various internal stakeholders (Visual Merchandising, Training, Supply Chain, etc.).
3. Conduct weekly reporting: analyze performance (Zones/Products) and track key indicators.
4. Identify growth opportunities and best-sellers, and follow up on action plans.
5. Perform ad-hoc analyses.
6. Prepare for and participate in monthly meetings with Zones.
7. Assist in preparation and participation in buying sessions with Merchandisers during Showrooms.
8. Provide support for product launches.
9. Conduct product analyses and competitive benchmarking.

1. Student in Bac+4/5 in Business School or equivalent university program.

1. Strong analytical skills and a genuine interest in products.
2. Attention to detail and rigor.
3. High adaptability and ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities.
4. Interest in the Retail & Fashion sector.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
6. Fluent in English.

A first internship experience in Retail Merchandising, Business Planning, or Retail is appreciated.

Student in Bac+4/5 in Business School or equivalent university program.

Full-time internship for 6 months starting July 2025, with a mandatory school internship agreement.
