- Lead and develop a high-standard team to deliver exceptional service and maximize profitability while maintaining brand image.
- Act as a liaison between the store and the company to ensure customer service, product display, and inventory management are aligned with brand standards.
- Handle customer complaints comprehensively.
- Utilize all available store resources and manage the team effectively to maximize sales and minimize losses.
- Ensure merchandise is displayed effectively and adheres to global merchandising and visual standards.
- Provide training to all staff on sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Maintain proper store operations and inventory levels, providing guidance as necessary.
- Control store losses within budget and conduct regular store audits.
- Manage payroll costs and staff turnover within budget.
- Uphold the highest standards of store maintenance and retail floor standards.
- Provide effective leadership and development for staff at all levels.
- Conduct employee performance evaluations, offer regular feedback, and implement appropriate training programs.
- Diploma or higher education degree.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, with basic computer skills.
- Basic financial knowledge.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data and withstand pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and execution skills.
A minimum of 5 years of retail experience, preferably in branded apparel, accessories, or related industries.
Diploma or higher education degree.
