Burberry Stockroom Assistant

1. Manage all aspects of inventory control: receive and inspect incoming stock from hub or warehouse, verify product accuracy and report discrepancies.
2. Support omnichannel fulfilment by retrieving stock promptly for sales, click‑and‑collect and reserve requests, including stock pullbacks.
3. Maintain back‑of‑house order and visual standards in line with retail operations protocols.
4. Perform quality control on all products and escalate any defects or issues to the store lead.
5. Assist the aftersales process (alterations, repairs, personalisation) to enhance the client experience.
6. Ensure stockroom equipment is operational and report maintenance issues via Ask services immediately.
7. Carry out ad‑hoc administrative duties including telephone handling, liaison with customer service, stationery orders and general clerical tasks.
8. Support store management on events, visual merchandising, stock takes and other operational requests.

1. Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
2. Clear verbal and written communication skills.
3. Intermediate proficiency in core Microsoft software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
4. Previous experience with SAP is desirable.
5. Demonstrable ability to work collaboratively within a busy retail team.

Previous retail stockroom, inventory or warehouse experience is required; preferably 1+ year in a high‑volume retail environment. Experience supporting omnichannel operations or using SAP is advantageous.

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational qualification in retail, logistics or related discipline is desirable.
