Burberry Stockroom Assistant

- Manage all aspects of inventory control: receive and inspect incoming stock from hub or warehouse, verify product accuracy and report discrepancies.
- Support omnichannel fulfilment by retrieving stock promptly for sales, click‑and‑collect and reserve requests, including stock pullbacks.
- Maintain back‑of‑house order and visual standards in line with retail operations protocols.
- Perform quality control on all products and escalate any defects or issues to the store lead.
- Assist the aftersales process (alterations, repairs, personalisation) to enhance the client experience.
- Ensure stockroom equipment is operational and report maintenance issues via Ask services immediately.
- Carry out ad‑hoc administrative duties including telephone handling, liaison with customer service, stationery orders and general clerical tasks.
- Support store management on events, visual merchandising, stock takes and other operational requests.
- Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in core Microsoft software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Previous experience with SAP is desirable.
- Demonstrable ability to work collaboratively within a busy retail team.

Previous retail stockroom, inventory or warehouse experience is required; preferably 1+ year in a high‑volume retail environment. Experience supporting omnichannel operations or using SAP is advantageous.
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational qualification in retail, logistics or related discipline is desirable.
