2. Architectural patterns for digital consumer technology, including personalization, CMS, and DAM.
3. Designing seamless customer journeys for omni-channel strategies.
4. Technical mentorship and architectural leadership.

Extensive experience in solution architecture within high-end retail or consumer-facing sectors, particularly with Salesforce.
