5. Develop and support a multidisciplinary team, enhancing capabilities across continuous improvement, automation, and low-code enablement.

1. Experience leading continuous improvement, transformation, or process optimisation within a complex organisation.
2. Strong understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, automation, or AI-enabled process design.

1. Ability to manage a portfolio of initiatives with clarity, structure, and strong stakeholder engagement.
2. Skilled at communicating with senior leaders and guiding decision-making with insight and judgement.
3. Familiarity with low-code technologies or AI governance practices is welcomed but not essential.

Proven experience in leading continuous improvement and process optimisation initiatives within a complex organisation.
