- Ensure readiness to welcome customers at the start of the day and maintain product replenishment for the next day's sales.
- Maintain an active presence on the sales floor and ensure fitting rooms are kept clean.
- Support back-of-house operations, including markdown processes, inventory management, and sales events.
- Organize and maintain the stockroom efficiently.
- Minimum of one year of experience in the luxury or related industry.
- Proficiency in Chinese and English is preferred.
- High school diploma or higher education, with preference for fashion-related degrees.
- Experience in luxury sales or service is advantageous.
- Proactive attitude towards work.
- Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with all staff members.
- Positive demeanor and accountability in tasks.
- Results-oriented with adaptability to change.
- Interest in fashion and design.
- Understanding of POS and store systems.
Candidates should possess at least one year of experience in the luxury or related industry, with a preference for those who have worked in luxury sales or service roles.
High school diploma or higher, with preference for fashion-related degrees.
