- Supervise and motivate sales associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences on the selling floor.
- Act as a quality control supervisor to ensure memorable customer interactions.
- Collaborate with associates to enhance selling skills and achieve sales goals and KPIs.
- Lead a high-performing, customer-facing team, providing coaching and feedback to align with brand strategies.

- Provide real-time coaching and feedback after transactions and client interactions.
- Develop and retain talented employees through recognition and performance reviews.
- Deliver the Burberry Experience to customers when necessary.
- Partner with store management to set goals and deliver performance feedback.
- Resolve complex customer issues and escalate to management when needed.
- Oversee post-void transactions, promotional discounts, and employee sales in management's absence.
- Drive the digital experience in-store and utilize digital resources for communication.
- Understand and communicate business needs and ideas to elevate the business.
- Adhere to and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
- 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience in retail sales.
- Advanced knowledge of POS systems.
- Proficiency with Apple mobile devices and digital tools.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and resolve customer issues effectively.
