1. Develop and maintain Excel-based planning templates for seasonal planning.
2. Prepare dashboards and summaries to identify risks and opportunities.
3. Consolidate and reconcile large datasets for deeper insights.
4. Collaborate with Inventory, Regional, and Global Planning teams to enhance tools and processes.
5. Produce key weekly trade reports for executive updates.
6. Support monthly and quarterly reporting cycles.
7. Contribute to the creation and enhancement of commercial reporting.
8. Work closely with IT and BI teams to develop internal system expertise.
9. Manage Orderbook reporting templates and ensure data accuracy across markets.
10. Assist in maintaining competitor benchmarking templates and support periodic pricing activities.

1. Advanced proficiency in Excel and complex spreadsheets.
2. Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
3. Organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
4. Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work through ambiguity.
5. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
6. Experience with SAP, Business Warehouse, or Business Objects is advantageous.

Prior experience in a similar analytical or planning role within a fast-paced environment is preferred.
