Burberry Personal Assistant - Marketing

- Provide comprehensive executive-level administrative and organisational support to the Marketing leadership, acting with delegated authority where agreed.
- Manage complex diaries and agendas across multiple time zones, prioritising competing commitments and stakeholder needs.
- Serve as first point of contact for the leadership team, screening communications and facilitating internal and external liaison.
- Book travel, compile detailed itineraries and manage travel arrangements using company systems; process expenses in line with policy.
- Raise purchase orders and process supplier invoices according to company financial procedures.
- Coordinate and support meeting delivery using video conferencing and teleconference platforms; manage meeting logistics and follow-up actions.
- Prepare and support production of presentations, papers and briefing materials for senior stakeholders.
- Respond to IT and facilities requests and handle general office administration to ensure smooth departmental operations.
- Organise team events and townhalls at the request of the leadership team and provide ad hoc support to other team members as required.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting senior management.
- High level of computer literacy, including advanced use of Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Practical experience with travel and expense systems (Concur or equivalent).
- Confident user of video-conferencing and meeting technologies (e.g., Skype, Webex).
- Excellent written and spoken English with strong interpersonal communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Demonstrable discretion, confidentiality and professional integrity when handling sensitive matters.
- Flexible, proactive and able to re-prioritise tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Polished, diplomatic manner and strong collaborative team orientation.

Previous experience supporting senior management as a PA or EA is required, including global diary management, travel coordination and expense processing. Experience working within a corporate marketing or creative function is desirable.
A-levels or equivalent secondary qualification; additional professional training or certification in administration, executive assistance or business administration is desirable but not mandatory.
