- Proven experience in luxury fashion merchandising, ideally within menswear.
- Strong market awareness and product sensitivity.
- Commercial acumen with exceptional analytical abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data management.
- Proactive, accountable, and action-oriented mindset.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Collaborative and organized, with clarity in fast-paced environments.
