- Significant merchandising experience within a luxury fashion environment.
- Passion for product, trends, and understanding of the global luxury consumer.
- Strong product sensibility combined with commercial acumen.
- Ability to influence creatively while balancing commercial priorities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-functional partnership skills.
- Leadership experience with a talent for coaching and developing others.
Significant experience in merchandising within the luxury fashion sector is required.
