- Analyze pre-market and in-season performance to inform buying decisions, collaborating with regional merchandising teams to tailor assortments and seasonal depth.
- Develop digital-first product strategies in partnership with central merchandising to secure commercially viable assortments for Burberry.com.
- Coordinate with regional merchandising and planning teams to ensure product availability and inventory health, responding to trends with innovative trading strategies.
- Utilize internal reporting systems to identify growth opportunities and provide trade insights on a weekly, monthly, and seasonal basis.
- Implement product roll-out strategies for key corporate initiatives, collaborating with styling and cross-functional partners.
- Align product priorities with Digital Marketing, SEO, UX, and CRM teams across email, search, and the broader digital ecosystem.
- Lead seasonal site merchandising preparation, balancing artistic and commercial elements across product listing pages, landing pages, and the homepage.
- Collaborate with content, creative, and design teams to create cohesive visual journeys that reflect campaign intent and brand identity.
- Work with Digital Operations & Planning to ensure stock, content, and readiness for seasonal launches.
- Support Digital Product and IT teams with tools, capabilities, and upcoming digital solutions.
- Lead and develop team members through delegation, prioritization, and coaching, fostering skills for excellence in a fast-paced environment.
- Enhance team retention and motivation, nurturing talent to ensure resilience and future-readiness of the digital business.
- Build strong, collaborative networks across regional, central, and digital teams.
- 3–5 years of direct experience in digital merchandising or a related field
- Experience with CMS, PIM, and merchandising platforms
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Excellent communication skills
