- Exceed individual and store sales targets by implementing key retail growth strategies and leveraging franchise, operational efficiency, and departmental category development.
- Develop new clientele and maintain relationships with existing customers, ensuring adherence to the Burberry Experience in all interactions.
- Embrace the Burberry Experience and adhere to company training guidelines to reflect the luxury brand's standards and image.
- Achieve personal sales targets consistently based on the Burberry Code of Conduct.
- Provide exceptional customer service through superior interpersonal and communication skills.
- Actively prospect and convert customers into loyal clients.
- Utilize the updated Client Book for sales progression and invite customers to revisit the store through email outreach.
- Apply visual techniques in compliance with company regulations and Burberry guidelines, including understanding and executing the monthly floorset.
- Ensure the store is ready to welcome customers at the start of the day and that all products are replenished by the end of the day.
- Maintain active engagement in store operations and ensure fitting rooms are kept clean.
- Support markdown processes, annual inventory management, and sales events.
- Organize the stockroom and deliver necessary items to the sales floor.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the luxury or related industry.
- Proficiency in Chinese and English is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; preference for candidates with a degree in fashion or related fields.
- Experience in luxury sales or service is advantageous.
- Candidates with disabilities or national veterans are given preference in accordance with relevant laws.
- Proactive attitude towards work.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all staff members.
- Demonstrates positivity and accountability in work responsibilities.
- Results-oriented with the ability to adapt to change.
- Interest in fashion and design.
- Understanding of POS and store systems.
At least 1 year of experience in the luxury or related industry is required.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in fashion or related fields is preferred.
