- Develop and implement store-specific strategies aligned with overarching business objectives.
- Propose innovative ideas and insights to enhance store performance and drive growth.
- Lead the implementation of clienteling strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ensure the highest level of client experience, creating a memorable and personalized experience for every client.
- Monitor competitors to identify potential opportunities.
- Build and lead a high-performing store team to deliver exceptional client experience and achieve commercial goals.
- Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance management to support team members' growth and success.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes collaboration, innovation, and employee engagement.
- Drive sales performance and profitability by achieving store sales targets and optimizing store layout.
- Monitor store P&L and control expenses to maximize profitability.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth floor management and efficient store functioning.
- Implement company policies and procedures to maintain a consistent brand experience.
- Maintain a well-organized, clean, and visually appealing store environment.
- Build an omnichannel mindset among the team to maximize opportunities and increase client satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree or higher is highly preferred.
- Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- 8-10 years of experience in a comparable role, preferably in the luxury industry.
- Knowledge of the luxury business.
- Strong selling skills.
- Proficiency in store procedures and processes.
- Expertise in CRM techniques and tools.
- Familiarity with store operation applications (e.g., Beanstore, CRM, SAP).
- GIA and FHH Folder knowledge is highly preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a comparable role.
Bachelor's degree or higher is highly preferred.
