Bvlgari Senior Learning & Development Manager

- Define training needs based on business challenges, performance appraisals, and manager consultations, and develop training plans and budgets by country and brand.
- Collaborate with local HR teams to implement corporate training programs, including e-learning, managerial competency development, and functional expertise programs.
- Design or partner with external consultants to create customized training solutions aligned with organizational needs.
- Utilize LVMH training resources to enroll key managers and talents in development programs.
- Serve as the regional point of contact for new staff orientation and manager HR tools programs.
- Coordinate key managers' corporate induction programs with the corporate HR team.
- Conduct annual talent reviews and define development solutions and retention strategies with local HR management.
- Implement regional development centers and other solutions for key talent development in collaboration with professional consultancy firms.
- Oversee Bulgari Academy's course design, trainer recruitment, and operational standardization in Greater China.
- Align Bulgari Academy's curriculum with LVMH Group's RISE values and global strategies.
- Facilitate the annual performance management cycle, including target setting, reviews, and performance evaluations.
- Manage and monitor the Learning & Development budget, ensuring alignment with actual expenditures.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly L&D statistics and reports, and serve as a key user for HR system applications.
- University-level education
- Strategic and visionary thinking
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in managing multi-brand organizations
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and Chinese
Minimum of 5-7 years in training and development, with significant managerial experience. Experience in the retail industry is advantageous.
