2. Implement tiered targeting strategies within WeChat Ads Manager, tailoring creatives and bidding rules for each segment.
3. Set up and optimize campaigns across WeChat ad placements, ensuring compliance with platform policies.
4. Monitor core KPIs and deliver weekly performance reports to identify growth opportunities.
5. Allocate advertising budgets across WeChat ecosystem ad placements based on GMV targets and ROI performance.
6. Coordinate with external channels to achieve cross-platform synergy.
7. Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure alignment with brand messaging and budget requirements.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher.
2. Fluent in both Chinese and English.
3. Hands-on experience in digital advertising, particularly with WeChat Ads.
4. Proficient in ad platform operations and campaign lifecycle management.
5. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft/SENSORS.
