- Design and develop selling skills training programs using platforms such as Articulate Rise, employing a blended learning approach.
- Collaborate with the Retail Excellence team to train local sales trainers on evolving selling experiences, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and retail KPIs.
- Coordinate with departments like Operations, CRM, and Clienteling to integrate omni-retail strategies into training programs.
- Oversee training data management, aligning programs with Mystery Shopping and Client Satisfaction/NPS feedback.
- Gather market feedback to ensure consistency and improvement in sales training programs, identifying best practices for scalability.
- Contribute to the organization and facilitation of training events, including Train-the-Trainer sessions and global/local initiatives.
- Apply project management skills to meet deadlines and manage stakeholder involvement throughout training projects.
- Monitor and manage training project budgets, liaising with external suppliers as needed.
- Support the onboarding and integration of new trainers into the organization.
- At least five to six years of experience in training design, content creation, and facilitation for retail and sales teams.
- In-store experience or equivalent is advantageous.
- Deep understanding of omnichannel retail and customer experience dynamics.
- Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are beneficial.
- Strategic mindset to translate business objectives into effective training programs.
- Excellent project management capabilities.
- Analytical skills to leverage data for decision-making and measuring training effectiveness.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities to engage diverse audiences.
Minimum of 5 years in training design and facilitation, particularly within retail and sales environments.
