1. Enhance store operational efficiency by improving processes, tools, and programs, collaborating with support functions such as IT, Finance, Marketing, Security, Sales, Training, Logistics, and HR.
2. Provide recommendations to Central Retail Operations on process gaps and bottlenecks to address store challenges.
3. Collaborate with Central Retail Operations for local adaptation and execution of retail projects and initiatives, ensuring implementation of guidelines and policies.
4. Monitor boutique needs and coordinate with relevant functions to optimize teamwork and problem-solving, tracking challenges and sharing best practices.
5. Manage store packaging, uniforms coordination, and other retail operations follow-up.
6. Facilitate the introduction of new tools, technology, and processes in stores, coordinating adoption and engagement, and collecting user feedback.
7. Analyze qualitative and quantitative feedback, reporting on store success and challenges, and ensuring Retail KPI achievement through collaboration with Country Managers, Regional Trainers, and Store Managers.
8. Act as a liaison between Store Managers and local/central departments, ensuring smooth communication and follow-up.
9. Support local retail structure in network development analysis and reporting, and assist in store openings and renovations.
10. Negotiate contracts with third-party vendors for store maintenance, security, and hospitality needs.

1. Minimum Diploma or Degree in relevant fields

2. Negotiation skills
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
4. High proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
5. Fluency in English

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
