Bvlgari Press, Influence & Media Manager

- Develop and animate the PR communication strategy.
- Enhance brand awareness and media coverage in France, Belgium, and Monaco across all brand categories (excluding Perfume and Hotel).
- Maintain daily relations with key offline and online media.
- Manage publications, interviews, and brand stories.
- Coordinate press trips, showroom events, and product presentations to the press and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Organize and manage press events and photo shoots, including logistics, security, and budget tracking.
- Draft and create communication tools such as press releases and newsletters.
- Update and maintain press files.
- Develop and execute influencer and celebrity activations.
- Manage and coordinate Red Carpet events.
- Increase brand visibility on social media.
- Analyze performance metrics, budget, and media impact for the Direction, headquarters, and LVMH Group.
- Manage and track Press and Communication Objectives (PCOs).
- Oversee press stock and product trafficking.
- Manage inventory and budget for all Press & Influence activities.
- Contribute to the creation of global strategies (annual and three-year plans).
- Execute media plans for offline, online, and out-of-home channels in collaboration with media agencies.
- Support the deployment of digital activities, ensuring integration and relevance.
- Manage and coordinate special projects.
- Order various media assets.
- Adhere to budget guidelines and monitor daily budget.
- Conduct media monitoring and continuously seek innovation.
- Advanced degree in business or communication or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury sector.
- Creativity and excellence in execution and organization.
- Teamwork and collaborative spirit.
- Rigor, agility, and flexibility.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and strong initiative.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; Italian is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
A minimum of 5 years in a similar role within the luxury industry is required.
Advanced degree in business or communication or equivalent.
