Bvlgari Marketing and Client Development Project Manager

- Define and develop the marketing strategy and plan for retail, wholesale, and omnichannel, including e-commerce, in collaboration with the Trade Marketing & Event Project Manager.
- Act as a coordinator, supporting and challenging boutique and merchandising teams in implementing plans and activations.
- Support and challenge multi-brand partners in executing support operations alongside the Wholesale Director.
- Manage marketing budgets in collaboration with the Trade Marketing & Event Project Manager and the N+1, including expense tracking, budget planning, and financial liaison.
- Develop, implement, and monitor e-commerce actions.
- Create strategies for recruitment and loyalty programs.
- Design and lead an innovative annual event plan, coordinating all aspects of event execution and measuring outcomes.
- Develop and execute client relationship improvement plans, focusing on O2O experiences to drive business growth.
- Support retail network in client development requests and foster clienteling synergies with Bulgari Hotel and other partners.
- Develop and implement CRM strategies for the entire boutique network, including annual action plans aligned with retail strategy.
- Implement CRM challenges to enhance client and prospect performance, managing CRM plan deployment and daily actions.
- Train retail teams to enhance client experience using clienteling tools and collaborate with the Training team to develop tailored programs.
