- Collaborate daily with Customer Service to optimize product availability and manage allocation requests, enhancing sales opportunities and minimizing customer dissatisfaction.
- Manage distribution implications of store openings, pop-ups, and seasonal initiatives, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal inventory levels.
- Lead monthly calls with local markets and Customer Service to gather insights, provide updates, and support informed sales planning and central allocation.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis using tools like Excel, SAP ECC/S4, and Power BI to generate reports and guide distribution strategy.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, analyzing key performance indicators to implement corrective actions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across various departments to ensure alignment and proactive information sharing.
- Monitor the automated replenishment creation process in SAP to ensure system accuracy and prevent disruptions.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Distribution Planning, Customer Service, or a similar role, preferably within the luxury goods or watch industry.
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain management principles, including demand forecasting, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
- Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools, including Microsoft Excel, SAP ECC/S4, MS Office Suite, and Power BI.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in a second European language is advantageous.
